Scenario: You come on the Degroot US server and find me dropping n-bomb in voice chat and it's my 4th offense. What would the command used to punish me be?
One day later, I'm back on Degroot US congaing in front of snipers and blocking their view. What command would you use then?

1. sm_silence “#[U:1:133358638]” 43200 “racism”

Since you’re using voice chat, I suppose I could just use sm_mute, but I’m assuming it would be better to silence potential chat use as well. I’m also assuming a month as 30 days which is the standard ban for a 4th offense.

2. sm_ban “#[U:1:133358638]” 43200 “harmful to team”

It’s a fifth offense but doesn’t fall under the standard guidelines for a permanent ban so I’m sticking with the ban length of a forth offense. However, if the person came back a month later and committed another offense, I would institute a permanent ban since he/she has obviously learned nothing.
