Approved Admin App: Mocha: Raffling Merchant

Well, it doesn't matter what your default server is, as an admin you'll have to go to different ones to handle reports.

Yeah I don't understand why you are applying for admin when you don't seem to be active. I'm not sure you'll be on much to do anything or if you even have the ability to handle reports since you are mostly in trade.

If it's activity that needs to be brought up I have no problem with doing so. I'm also online for a good amount of time if anyone needs me to handle something, and I've handled doing reports before for Steam Rep due to my middleman services sometimes having me running into a scammer. I am not applying to just the Trade servers, it was listed as that because the Admin App form only let me choose one server instead of the ones I go to if I felt like playing.

Hold down shift while selecting servers to select multiple ones

I understand that. I'm saying that you may not be able to handle griefing or hacking reports very well since most of your TF2 experience is in trading.

If it comes to a report like that I'd make sure to ask someone such as another admin to verify whatever evidence I've collected. I'm more than willing to learn, and doing so on the job is something I have experience in.

Applicants are expected to detect griefing, exploits, hacking, etc.

Sometimes you may need a second opinion but if you don't already know there is no incentive to teach you. We don't "train" admins. We look for qualified candidates who can take on the role from day one.

Bullshit. Applicants aren't expected to know everything. If you already have that experience, great. It helps to have it. If you don't, that's okay. What's better to have is a willingness to learn.
I didn't know terribly much about griefing / hacking etc when I applied, it just wasn't something I had a lot of experience in. However, I learned over time. If I wasn't sure, I asked an older admin.
There are multiple admins here who won't mind helping / teaching if needed.

This. I really don't know any admins except one who wouldn't mind helping someone learn.

Having worked with Mocha before, I can vouch for his competence. As with the rest of his critics, however, I'm confused as to why he's applying for server admin with so little play time.
I cannot yet leave my +Dave here. It'll be yours when you've got more play time, Mocha.
