If you want to be an admin here, you have to show us that you are trustworthy with the power to ban and silence others, smart enough to use commands and understand the rules you enforce, and responsible enough to not break the rules yourself. You're not proving the latter very well.
That was 5 days ago, if I appealed 3 months later, and in those 3 months I never posted or used the chat I bet I would get different replies from you guys...
Okay, How about, you do not accept my application right now, how about I prove that I can do these things that Kyle listed and appeal when I am more mature, is that a good idea? Thank You Kyle for suggesting it by the way.

This is possible. This community has accepted admins who have broken the rules prior before after they have shown that they have changed by being involved with the community for a long time, not breaking the rules since, and showing improved maturity in general. Don't expect this to be easy though, it will take time.
