Will you get mad if you lose admin?:Nope - Chances are if I loose the position It'd be for a good reason.

Any other reason you should be admin:I'd like to start of by saying yes, I have 2 recent mutes. Yes I understand this isn't very good for a potential staff member to have.
My 2 mutes are for mic-spamming - both of these events took place when I either 1, couldn't hear myself think let alone advertise my trades, or 2, tried to down them out so I could speak. I apologies for both of these. I'm trying to turn over a new leaf and do something positive for the community
From this I've noticed that there is clearly a lack of active staff members, over 100 times I've entered the server to kids screaming on the mic, mic spammers, chat spammers, hackers, scammers and more, and I really am getting fed up of it and would like to make a change. I seem to be online when the mic-spammers are around, which also seems to be when no admins are ever online. I'd like the change that soon before people get fed up of all the rule breaking and leave this great server.
I'm Jake. I'm 15, from England. I've been playing on the TF2 Skial servers for around 2 years now, and have loved pretty much every bit of it.
I'm a high tier trade with a backpack of over 250 keys, and have brokered / middle-manned over 100 keys worth of items.
I would say I have a pretty decent amount of experience however I'll leave it for you to decide.
- I've been a Moderator for the STUDIO FURUKAWA (Creators of the Android and Mobile app, Pixel Car Racers, and soon Pixel Trucks)for about a year now. I've also done a lot of pixel art for the game its self.
- I am fluent in English, however can speak basic French, A little German, and a little Japanese
- I own 4 social media pages with over 26,000 followers and an active community.
- In real life, I try my best to help out with charities and do my bit for anyone who needs it.
- I have started 2 businesses, one of which I sold, the other I closed down, so I have a good knowledge of dealing with clients.
- I do random giveaways to people on the server at random times purely because I enjoy the satisfaction of making someones day :)
- I'm a donater on the server
- I have no problems with anyone on the server, can keep my cool, and have a laugh at the right times.
- I'm familiar with most of the commands you use from a mini server me and a few people I know used to play on.
Overall, I'd like to do my bit to make the server a better place and keep the peace at all times.
Any criticism on either me or my application will be greatly appreciated,
