You only have 4 hours of connection time at the moment, please improve this and re-apply in the future when you have greatly increased your playtime.

As a side note, to give a feedback on your current application, the command you suggested:

sm_ban "STEAM_0:0:50685385" 30 "Aimbot"

will not give the output you desire when entered in the console.
