I Think the la vsh server should have admins that go on it cause people spam votemenu on it a lot for useless reasons but are sometimes for good reasons and if someone is racist I can do something about it or if​

You don't just take Admin like you're taking a test drive, the job requires a lot of responsibility and respectfulness, and judging by your chat history, you're clearly not ready for.
It's not a requirement, but you should get a few reports under your belt. This is to guarantee to the users of skial you know how to report and apply rules.

At least you didn't lie on the hours played.
