Marking this Declined for the following reasons:

1. Not enough play time. Here is your real HLstatsX-link, which shows you have just more than a day on our servers. The minimally required amount is 3 days.
2. The ban command, in fact there isn't even one, is not how you ban your Steam ID. In fact I believe you don't even know what a Steam ID is.
3. You have been banned before for admin impersonation, which is also in your chat logs.
4. Your chat logs also indicate clearly that you like to (ab)use the vote menu. If I see you keep on calling so many and random votes in the future, you will be silenced for a certain amount of time on our servers.

Connect your Steam account to your forum account (more info here). Change your behavior in a good way or you will be punished on our servers.

Don't make new applications, they will be deleted and will get you banned from the forums.
