I highly doubt they look at the amount of likes a post gets to judge someone's character, qualities, and application. It won't affect my chances to be accepted as an admin so it's not really an issue you should be worried about.

You're allowed to get people to vouch for you, whether they like it or not doesn't really matter cause they're already willing to vouch and it's their choice to leave a like to begin with.
Several people have surpassed or gotten relatively close to the number of likes hng has, I'm not sure why it matters to begin with. If you're getting jealous because of ratings, that's something we don't look for.

Hng is a great person and a very talented player who seems to always be pubbing on the Skial servers. He has lots of past experience with playing top level UGC highlander and leading a UGC highlander team. In addition to his wide variety of skills in-game, he is a level-headed and kind person, who knows how to handle tough situations when presented with them. Combined with his past experience admining other pub servers, I think he will be a fine candidate for an admin on the Skial servers.

A friend shows you a glitch on saxton hale that allows you to trap hale at a certain spot in the map, they say they have done it a few times for a laugh, but know it's wrong and they want to get it fixed as more people are becoming aware of it's existence and now far from being a laugh, it's actually starting to ruin the game. Even though they are your friend, you get the feeling they are trying to score brownie points by telling you (an admin) about the issue, they even give you a demo of someone who has been doing the glitch and showing others how it's done...

I feel like this is kind of a tricky question but I’ll try my best to answer..
Since my friend told me they’ve done the glitch, even knowing that it’s a glitch, I’d ban them using: sm_ban "#[U:1:82689927]" 1440 "Abusing glitch”. Even though my they are my friend, it doesn’t mean that he can’t get banned for breaking the rules. In addition, since my friend gave me a demo of someone else doing the glitch, I’d ban them for the same thing.
