If because of no reason, I would be sad but not angry as it would have been for a reason, if it was obviously my mistake.. then i would intentially ask to removed​

Any other reason you should be admin:
I want to be an admin because-
  1. Skial servers esspecially "Bottinger's 24/7 idle" is my favourite servers.
  2. Ill ussually only play on this server
  3. I can be a good and "just" admin such that I will never misuse my commands and always make sure that if a player is misbehaving outside what is allowed in skial I will carry out my responsibility.
  4. Apart from ussual reasons, I also want to become a admin because over the hours and hours i have played on skial servers I have kind of become part of this community, almost everyone on the server knows me and most of the ppl who come regularly have become my good friends.
Because of these reasons I feel that I can be a great admin and would really like to be one.​
 
Not enough playing time. I'm still not sure why you want to be an admin. I mean I get that the Idle server's one of your favorites but it feels like to me that you're doing this because you want the fancy title. -1
 
Your app seems pretty weak, and just sounds like the cliché every other app uses. It gets old after every single app says, 'My friends want me too, or Im on the server alot.' Its not that those are bad to tell us, but you put in very little information for your app. Just looks like it was done in 5 mins and you just let it go.
You don't scream, "I wanna be admin for good reasons." kind of person. More of a "I want admin for a status kind of reason to show off to my friends."

Hey Tayto, I understand your concern but I want to be an admin because I feel I can be a good admin. Its just that I feel that I can be up to the task and so want to become an active nember of skial. You can also see that almost 99% of the time i have spent on this idle server is actually not idle (this 217 is non idle but i only have around 2 hrs of idle).. I dont have any inner intentions, such as I dont want to be an admin just because of the commands.

I'm not buying it. "This is my favorite server", "I think I can be good at it" and, "I've spent a lot of hours here" to me are not good reasons to be an admin.

Yeah, thats very convincing. Not to put down Meowcenary down, but he also told you that the app would not work out, but you go and do it anyway. Already that shows how little you care. Don't lie.
 
A little nod about his playing time, seems fine to me.

We require now 200 instead of 240 how I recently found out thanks for Prophet.
How many hours of playing time ON OUR SERVERS do you have? We do not care about how long you've played on other servers. 200 not idling is required unless you give us a good reason. "I have a life" is not a valid reason. If you are active during these hours only 100 is required.

He is well above the 200 when you substract the time he was AFK.

The other reasons you think he applied here for are beyond my mortal knowledge. It would be very unfortunate for this application if it was solely to show off some flying skills.

Considering that he didn't want to be an admin until literally an hour ago, I think it's pretty safe to say that there was no real thought or effort to think of what it means to be one and that this app was made entirely on a whim.
 
Thanks you cowboy. You have some good points, and i understand that you may feel that I am only doing it for the status or for the commands. Well unfortunately i am not. I am truly not doing it for the commands, I would be alright if I became admin and did not get any fancy commands that i don't necessarily require. I would be completely alright with that. As for status, I already hopefully have a great reputation among my friends... and so becoming admin would have nothing to do with that. I assure you. I cannot ask you to abandon what you believe, but just ask you to not stick to your blind belief that i am not doing it for commands. As for meowcenary, I come online everyday and play on the server for many hours everyday and this was the second time i saw him.. maybe he has different timing but whatever, I wanted to at least try to become the admin anyway and since i saw him today, I talked to him about he basic procedure. He may have not told you this but I had told him that maybe there is a chance that I may not be as skial requires but I should at least give it a shot. I read some other Apps and realized that I have everything skial needs. I also talked to meow about that if I dont get a very positive response with it then I will try again when I know for sure that I have the skills required...

Thanks Tayto, Its understandable that you drew results from nowhere, I am not by any chance going against you or anyone, but i had wanted to be an admin for a long time and today when "only for the second time" in months I saw meow, I asked him about the procedure... I believe that since he had never been really active then I ussualy stay online, he has never gotten a chance to know me. As i said before if you and other people who have more experience in the matters than me feel that I should develop better skills or whatever... please give me advice. Just telling me to "get outta here" does not help. I hope i can learn something from you then and then be upto the task.

I don't believe you are either. I believe that you made this app on a whim due to you romanticizing the position without actually knowing what it entails.

You seem like a nice guy, Seziop, and that's awesome that you enjoy being in our community and have really connected with lots of regs. My only issue is: I don't see a real reason why you want to become an admin, other than you feel like it cements your place in the community. You can still be an integral part of the community, without having the title of admin. Are there issues you're witnessing on the server (or other servers) that you feel that your addition to the admin team will help alleviate?

Yes I agree with you, and as I talked to some others who wanted to either just comment or give real advice, I feel that I am not eligible for being an admin at this moment... i think I should wait... But for now do you have any "real" advice for what I should do if later i want to become an admin. I tried to ask this question to some others on this thread but their only reply was just a "unreasonable" comment. As for the issues, as much as I know, there are some imminent issues on the server that unfortunately admins have not been able to solve-, for example almost every other day, the entire server becomes full of hentai sprays... this can be a issue for many in the server who apparently are much younger than us-

I am going to be marking this application to "improve". While you are *close* to getting the required amount of hours, it appears from that the community does not support your application. Please take the time to garner some support from the servers you play on.
