One was for a spy grieving and holding gate open on round 2

Other was for scout who kept bypassing afk and would sit in spawn at round 2 as well.

I used voice a lot so that's probably why you don't see much chatter around those.

As for the spy I'll give you the benefit because he has several deaths in a row... but it's still hard to see him as griefing/holding a gate open since, well, he died several times. So that player appears to have been actively playing the game as well.

You have to take the entire picture into context. It looks like you have access to some pretty cool data - you may want to look at how long he stayed as scout prior to the vote (I know based on what i witnessed it seemed like several rounds), how long in between points in minutes. That data will not show (unfortunately) him walking out of RED spawn on round 2 and sitting back at the wall idle multiple times.
