Endorsing racism, insulting admins, and not liking the rules would more than likely prevent you from dutifully punishing those who break the rules.

Going to mark this decline for the following reasons:
1.) Very good chance you're not going to be objective towards certain rules (primarily towards racism) because of your personal feelings towards the rule.
2.) Having a general bad attitude, which can be seen in your chat logs and your certain immature, demeaning remarks towards other players. You've even admitted to having a standoff-ish attitude in your opening remarks, which is not something an admin should display towards players trying to enjoy the game. We're not asking you to be a saint, but an admin candidate shouldn't have this in his vocabulary
