There are a few major reasons why you do not qualify to be a decent admin candidate, based on your history and attitude on the forums and servers.
Though being a dick is indeed not against the rules, as an admin you represent Skial and you are expected not to be a (full-time) dick at all.
The first reason is the way you joined these forums. From the moment you registered here, you have been flaming and crapping all over the place.
Second, you are unbelievably disrespectful to the Skial staff and regulars. Few easy examples are calling out Sarcasm when he joins and leave the server, as well as hitting on regulars on the server and forums. Easiest example to find was up here:
Furthermore, your chat logs are immature. Again, not against the rules, but not appropriate for an admin('s attitude).
And don't forget, you are in the Augar teams. And you guys like Lolicon. I don't like Augar, and I don't like people who are sexually attracted to young girls.

As an admin, you will encounter many people that do not master English. Many of us don't speak English as a native language, and even the 'Muricans here make grammar errors. To earn respect, you have to respect others as well.
