Yeah huge -1 from me
If you run a restaurant chain (which I'm having a hard time believing as I'd expect someone in your position to be more mature) then you should understand the situation at hand;
Resteraunts cost money to run. Servers also cost money to run. They're both certainly not cheap. Bad employees keep people from coming back, bad admins keep players from coming back.
People not coming back is bad for business, players not coming back is bad for the servers as its money being wasted on unused servers.
Just like how a boss has to take applicants seriously to avoid driving his business into the ground with crappy employees Skial does the same with admin applications to avoid emptying out the servers with horrible admins.
That's why admin apps have to be taken seriously here.
