The "shitstorm" above happened a few months ago. And yes, I have broken the rules for spamming but that was also a long time ago. If you're going to judge me, judge me on how I act now. Judging me for what I did in the past is irrelevant. Especially if it's a long time ago. Like I said, judge me on how I act now.
 
Those votes for spam and racism were by kids on Death Run. They were spamming on the mic and when I told them to stop, they votemuted me. Since there weren't many people online, the vote passed. Plus, the other votes are from nearly 5 months earlier. Like I said, please judge me for how I act now, rather than how I acted before.
 
The one by Cylosis was for doing trade chat on Jailbreak. Although I still think that it was a bit unfair, I'm not going to fight it. It's in the past and since I can't do anything about it, there's no point in arguing it.
 
-1 Is already in the books as a trouble maker. Past or not its not the quality skial needs as Admin.
 
I'm hardly a trouble maker. Ask anyone on the Death Run server. Can you say for sure that I am exactly the same as I was a few months ago? How do you know that I haven't matured at all? If you gave me the chance, I could prove that I can be a pretty good admin.

Start showing this non trouble making side now and re ap in the future would be my advice.
 
Plus, it wasn't spamming. I was barely saying it. There were other people trading as well so that's when I decided to start trading. Is it spamming if it's being rarely said? If this app is denided, which it most likely will, what about the future? What if I apply again? Is everything just going to keep going back to what I did in the past? Shouldn't an app be determined on how the applicant acts in the present? And again, if you give me the chance, I can prove that I can be a good admin. Besides, I have admin experience.

3 times in less than 2 minutes: spam. Once every 5 minutes? not spam.

That is not what i asked.
You say that you have been silenced in the past for spamming trade advertisements, yet you continue to do it even up until now? If an admin told you it was against the rules, you should heed the warning and not do it again, instead of continuing.

I said the only time I got muted for trade spam was by Cylosis. I didn't get muted the other times for trade spam. Didn't I already explain this?

How's that considered spam? A minute(s) inbetween each one.

Unless we have a rule that prohibit excessive trade advertisement on servers that aren't for trading, his logs doesn't really prove spam of trade advertisement (as far as I understand).
 
Its really easy keep a positive attitude, clean chat and show other community members that you are a productive member in the servers.
