As someone who is passionate about tf2 in both trading and competitive, i like quality. Ive been trading for a long time in tf2 and even other games, like Runescape (11 years of it). Im a very open person and very very friendly, people like me. I am very good friends with TF2-T Admins and the owner, Mudguts. Also friends with the owner of BBG, Big Bang Theory. I'm Trusted and i'm known around in the tf2 trading community as "the guy with the voice" because of my unique "salesman" voice. i love to have fun with people, good clean fun. goof around about things and make people laugh. But anyway, the reason im applying for this Admin spot on Skial's TRADE | US Server is because ive been on this server for a very long time. I have noticed a lack of dedicated admins to this server, someone who is there a lot and can deal with trolls and spammers alike. Ive always felt like there was nothing that i could do about it. now with the help of other admins i have had help with things like just today (May 14, 2015) with help an admin had a guy banned for his ruining of the server daily. But this guy doing this made me want to apply, to be a dedicated admin for the US trade server. to keep the toxicity out of the community and bring quality to the server. im very passionate about this server and the tf2 trading community. i am very open but yet i remain steadfast and honorable. i keep my cool under pressure. So please consider my application, i would love to help. Thank you​

But keep in mind, when you apply for admin, you're not just applying to main a server. You have duties on the forums and else well if called.
Also, looks like you have 161 hours of playtime on our servers, and the minimum to become admin as I recall is 240. But don't worry, as your app goes through stages you'll hopefully acquire a suitable amount of hours.

thank you Defibyoulater for your support! :) and as for responsibility elsewhere this is something ive had experience with before in other games to i would be up for that
@the Renegade, as for those recent chat logs, it doesn't show the others. most of that was just goofing around with all the players in the server when it was very late and not much trading was going on.
 
Alright, and to add a lot of my friends (which ive made from this server) frequent and its all in good fun it never gets out of control and when people are heavy trading i dont do anything at all except try to remind others not to overtalk, one at a time and help everyone with steam, tf2 and trading questions and my own trading. but like i said it was just friends and everyone in the server having a good time i make everyone happy in there. But thanks for the input
 
Even if you do manage to muster up 40 hours of playing time real quick, (200 required) you need to have 200 at the time of the application or be active during certain hours, which I don't think you are. Lots of binds in chat as well, might want to tone it down a bit as not to get silenced for spam.
You do indeed only need 100 hours, as you are active during that time zone, my mistake. If you have not already, I would suggest you ask some admins about in-game situations, and refer to this website in addition to the one on the forums when making a command. Also, have you ever heard of the !report tool?
