Viable applying users who live in/operate in the Asian or Eastern Russian time zones are most likely to be jettisoned in being approved.

This is the first user in while who lives outside of EU/NA that has applied and is also actually +1 for the tasks of admin.

Questions are NOT part of the application process, just an FYI. Have you ever seen Bottiger - the person actually in charge of accepting admins - ask any of the applicants questions? It's mostly stuff a small portion of the admins do that became "customary" as the years went on.
