I try to be nice and polite to everyone, unless they are doing something blatantly wrong. I try to keep an open mind when it comes to peoples opinions and ideas, but can be firm with people when i need to.​

Marking improve, you need 200 hours to even be considered. Please feel free to re-apply once that has been met :).
