There is no reason, that is crucial in a command as it states why a punishment was issued in the case that the offender makes an appeal, if that's not included, it's likely that the punishment will be lifted.
Since you hadn't picked it up, I took into consideration, after discussing with other admins, that you may not have noticed it or it slipped your mind, something that shouldn't strip your possibility of becoming admin for the time being, best way to ensure you have the command down is by asking another question(s)
Neither of these commands are correct. The time has been measured in 30 days, not 31 so I'm not picking on your for that but, for the second command, it was stated in admin info that the offender is a repeat offender, they can be permanently banned. Feel free to apply again once you feel you have the commands down by heart.
