I took the screen shot and was leaving to report it after the match when I saw in chat admin issued the silence on him. I was well aware he broke the rules, had the evidence to prove it, and saw that someone else beat me to it. My apologies for not being the first one to submit.

Thank you for being understanding. I genuinely try to be of good service to skial and friendly to everyone on it. It is the least I could do given that the servers entertain me and make me laugh constantly with fellow players. I just ask of you to try not to be so quick to accuse me next time. At least not till you've heard my side of the story. Thank you. :smiley:

Oh yes I am very aware of that! Actually that's one of the things that excite me about it. The fact that I would be able to help on all servers is what appealed to me. The Dustbowl servers are just the ones that I typically play on, so I just mentioned them specifically.

I did not see Moonman's mess. I cannot comment about that situation at all because I did not witness it.
The problem player I mentioned has a microphone and uses it primarily to harass, with rare typed comments. Screenshots are impossible. I have him muted myself and leave when he begins. I will see if I can grab some sort of evidence, but I am neither going to make myself a target nor instigate anything. I merely want a gaming experience that is free from racially and sexually charged rants about me and every other female who games on this server, and I should not have to leave to get it.
This is neither here nor there, though. I still believe Araarmy would be a good addition to the admin team at some point based upon what I have seen.

Breaking the rules in the microphone would require a demo, it's quite simple to do though.
Type in the console:
record reportdemo; (Can be any name, but I'm using recorddemo as an example)
and when you've captured enough type:
stop;
Then go to your TF folder and find the name of your demo, upload it to something like mega.nz or mediafire and link it to your report.

My husband sat down at the computer and, using the links that Skial provided in this thread without knowing his steam ID, my login, or anything else, took ten minutes to find a wealth of racist and sexist language tossed about by diablous. 'ring. Perhaps if admin would look into this Araarmy would not need to ask for an admin position and we would not continue this thread. It is not difficult to look at the log based on this person's name and assuredly the typed comments pale in comparison to the verbally spoken ones. For the record, admin: this is not the first complaint about this person.

You wanna take this to a report or somewhere else? I can try to personally look at what you said later, albeit I'm about to drive 4 hours back home, so someone may beat me to the punch. This thread is not the place for banter about unbans and reporting other users. Let's keep it relevant to HIS application. Same for the other admins replying: reply to her elsewhere. It's not relevant to this application.

I'm not quite sure how I lead you to believe that. I don't think I would let myself get so manipulated. Just ask anyone on my friends list. I know that they don't disobey the rules while I'm on because they know I will report them regardless of whether they are a friend or not. It's what I would need to do if I was admin anyways. However, if you have some reasoning behind your thought, I'd be glad to hear it and hopefully improve because of it.
-1. From what iv read, from other places around skial, I think he would be more of a lazy admin. That, and not a big fan of the constant binds.

I think you're digging yourself a horrible hole. You're implying us admins don't listen to the players and don't have a passion for the people. That may be right about some, but a lot of us still have a huge camaraderie with the people we play with and love to be around, and you're just insulting us because you didn't get your way. On top of that, you clearly can't handle the criticism because you're withdrawing your app simply because you made yourself look dumb by trying to be an impartial person, which made those two -1 you. Grow up already. Since you've said you're withdrawing, yet haven't marked it "close," I will do it for you. See you on the servers.
