I don't see what's wrong with the first once. The second one makes it sound like you would only ban them or report them if they were scamming skial members.

The first one is un-informative and lacking Punctuation. Also with the second one, they know excactly who banned them.

As far as I have seen ban reasons are kept short and simple. "Scamming" would suffice, you don't have to go in-depth.

I think I have got the Ban Command right (via console), could someone tell me if I have please?

Some admins do actually just put "exploit" or "exploiting" for the reason, you don't need to make it complex. If you get banned or muted, it tells you that you can appeal at the forums, where you can also check who banned you, if you really want to know. Listen to what Bladed Hero said, just keep it short and simple.
Edit: I have to agree with Sargent, spamming your app makes you look desperate.

+0 for me. You seem like you want to help but I don't think you're ready yet for this. You still can't get the command right after many tries.
 
IDK, I wanted to change my name but I didn't know how to do it, you can delete that app if you like.
