Don't get me wrong Scatter, you're a good guy and all, but I don't know if you're ready for something like this. Being an admin for skial, or any big server, is like having an online job. You are expected to put aside all bias towards friends and foes alike when enforcing the rules and representing this community. You are expected to sacrifice some of your own games/ free-time to deal with troublemakers not just on your assigned sever but other servers as well. People will attack you verbally just for being an admin, wanting you to abuse your powers on them so you get stripped of your responsibility. Even when you do make the right choices, certain people will still hate you for the actions you take to enforce the rules. Currently your level of maturity tells me that you are going to have trouble coping with the social responsibility involved in a job like this. If you grow up more in the future however it may work.

In all honesty I'm ready for the job and I don't care what people think about me, I really don't care how much people hate me if I'm doing what is right, I'm on jailbreak almost 24/7, So I don't have to sacrifise anything.

I'm trying my best to clean up everything I've done in my past so start watching my new chatlogs and what not to see how much im striving to improove.

It's hard to tell when someone is abusing the menu or freekilling which makes it hard to play if you want to keep the server clean. I sit in spectate often just watching the server and still then it's hard to tell. If there is obvious freekilling and my warning get ignored I will get an admin in. To help out on Jailbreak you shouldn't become admin but ask for moderator. But maybe try to report first and get evidence so you can show you are capable to recognise when something is justified and when not.
People call freekill often while it wasn't. Like when they tried attacking a guard (hitting, tauntkill), got into armory while it wasn't allowed by warden, had ammunition, being afk when order is giving to do something, ...

This. A million times, this. People whine about me freekilling all the time after I kill rebels. They don't seem to understand that aiming their kill taunts at guards as heavy hoping one dies IS rebellion even if they miss, and they don't seem to understand that if you rebel at any point in the round, you're not safe. You can't just run off, go back to obeying orders, and expect no action to be taken.
I get roughly 15 votebans and more voteslays called on me almost every time I go to Jailbreak because people are seriously THAT stupid.

Most of the chat logs said here was from when I was with a friend and 5 other people, and the one with the vote menu was because he was vote reporting me for "freekilling" when he rebelled and ran off, I'm trying to improve and I would like if you would read my more recent chat logs, But thanks for all your opinions guys! PS: The thing with the dildo shoving up was because a Warden told me to make a sexual joke.

I do call in a moderator for help but the problem is most admins/moderators are off past 8-9.

That's exactly why he's applying. He's the type to call any guard that kills him after he rebels a freekiller. Imagine, every guard who's ever killed him, banned. Can't let that happen, Botty G.

The only timed I've ever called someone a freekiller was when I was kill for following the orders E.Q: When I was in a Minecart round someone pushed me and the guards though I was moving and killed me, I obviously know that I'm rebelling if they killed me while I was doing so. If you can pull proof of this from the chatlog I will happily agree with you on "I will get revenge on every guard that killed me when I rebelled." But as always, Thanks for your opinions, they help me improve on my mistakes.
Rating everyone 'old' that gave you a -1 isn't going to help you much either.
I'm just sayin', a rating is only a rating but when you go around negative rating people because someone gave you a -1 it will only hurt your image.
