There comes a time place in any scenario, where people need to see and look "is this who I am"? We all to ask ourselves this, becuse deep down we all make decsions for the future of other people. For you, I have to say that the decisions that to become an admin is not applicable mainly because I don't see spending much time on Skial servers, such as trade servers. I do in-fact realise that people make apps because they are read, so I usually like to think in my mentality that they are right. I think that if you make bigger a bit your app a little more, in a more reasonable aspect that be much appreciative. Honestly I think it's great that you it's trustworthy, many people are not saying to say this. The fact that you've said it shows that you had a good time. I took the liberty of also reading your chat logs, and although they seem a bit spam full, I can understand why. Spammy means (lots of spam) so in regards, I can see you were spamming a specific bind selling a specific item. However, I could be wrong because it is infact, a trade server, because of that I'd have to say it's ok.Trade servers can get a bit hectic, so having a mod is a good idea.
Also to next point on "if you lost admin it would be a good reason and I wouldn't be mad" I also like to point out that it's a very good thing you've make bigger this a bit. I've seen other people's app, simply put they just said "no" and that's it. I like to say again on this simply because that you said it would be for "a good reason" in which I have respect and responsibility also respect, for, not many people can say this because it's denying themselves, but I think that what you have' ve said on point. For your other reason to become an admin, I think it's pretty cool that you love Skial servers, I very much love them to. There comes a point that people write essays and only write "one sentence" I'd like you to expand this spot and this section a little when it comes to your other reasons. To my next point in your admin ap, I'd like to point play time. I want you to imagine your a SAT prep, and only studied 40 hours on it, where really you need 200-250 hours past the test. For you, you (referring to 1st person) only have 40 hours and in respect to these server limit, you need around those hours. But sometimes that can change, if you are more influence to audience, you can infact change that a bit and say "even though he does not fit the hours, he still does seem applicable"; because honestly, in this world anything can improve. I think that even if you didn't get accepted, you can fix. Taking the real world examples, for applying to that job and testing; comparing the job example to this admin app, you should bump those hours, make bigger your other reasons in order why you make an good awesome admin, and spend more time in other Skial servers (other than Trade) and I am 100% sure you will get the job and in this case admin app for the 1st person writing this!
