Need Supporters Additional competitive stat page.

Here's the idea:
Setting up a secondary stats page, which is reset every month.
The existing stats remain the same, but an additional stats page is added which is reset on the first of every month.

Reasoning:
The stats page which is already set up, seems bias to those who clock up more hours.
A monthly leader board would show a more accurate representation of current skills.
A secondary stats page could be used in the future as a promotional tool.
It would add a new angle of competitive play inside skial.

I think we would have to setup some separate HLStats instance for this and basically clear it every month. Or I don't know what the possibility of hooking this into the AP system is. Tracking a bunch of stats is much more intensive than just tracking time.

I realise there would be a bit of work involved, and wasn't sure if it was possible to duplicate/recycle the same data which is collected for the main stats, and feed this into the secondary stats.
Linking the AP into any of the stats would be good as well.
