New Add vsh_livingroom_remastered remove ratssaxy

ratssaxy is bad. there's no point in keeping it on the server still it's as unliked as any map i've seen with good reason and i bet the stats support that now.

here is a short run-through of livingroom remastered. released this year and still waiting to get played (no i didn't make it). I think i saw a server that added it just recently but they have a fraction of the players and like 100 maps so it's just buried. it's a similar feel to vsh_toys without the abusable teleporters and better access to upper levels for all classes thanks to lots of good jump pads.
