Skial has a lot of 24/7s of my favorite maps and they're usually occupied, but what really bugs me is that votescrambling has been disabled. Sometimes the teams are horribly stacked, but it takes 5 or 6 rounds before a scramble finally happens. Should the first scramble fail to balance things out some players may be stuck on a team without hope of victory for well over an hour.
I simply cannot fathom why votescrambling would ever be disabled, unless of course an admin was currently present to handle things personally (and I haven't seen an admin on a Skial server ever that I'm aware of). All it takes is a simple cooldown between votes and there is zero potential for abuse. Even without a cooldown it's only a minor annoyance to have to vote more often - players are generally pretty reasonable about voting appropriately.
As a final unrelated note, I would highly recommend taking a look at the setting for the 24/7 Doublecross server. The spawn times seem to be messed up. They are reduced normally (which works decently given the size of the map) but when the player count reaches 12 or below they are increased back to normal. With only 6 per team the default respawn times are excessively high. ~15 second respawns makes the match little more than a footrace between Scouts.
