Declined Add /report plugin to jailbreak

I tryed to use the /report on jailbreak and it might not be on there are not working so I decided to make this suggestion just in case

/report was intentionally disabled four or five years ago. Probably because players were sending in reports every 5-10 minutes and never supplied evidence.
