Approved Add new deathrun map's

With the removal of 2 maps this year I thought dr can use a new map for its roster.

having a look on gamebanana I found 2 new dr maps that look nice ,polished and will make a great addition to the map roster

workplace:

• visibility is not optimized
• embedded music is in uncompressed WAV format totalling 180MB
  • to contrast, 128Mbps 44.1k Stereo MP3 would only be 19MB
• the map is too small - not enough traps or distance between each trap

egypt: looks good. one comment noted that "the explosion trap doesn't work"
