kicking is not a fun thing. However, it is necessary when some certain individuals are trying their best to provide discomfort and annoyance to the server via unfair donator plugins,toxic playstyle and behavior and griefing.Sadly, some servers don't have the priviledge of being able to make the bad apples of the server gone for good.One of the good examples of such servers is one of the trade servers.In these servers, there's only a mute option(which, if used in any degree the abusers will immediately file a report on those individuals and make them get muted/gagged), and this caused the most abusive, narcissistic, antisocial, toxic and offensive users flocked into these servers in order to grief and gets reactions. They would use donor commands to spam attacks on the spawndoor while flying everywhere to catch any players that got out of the spawn , while spamming insulting texts and occasionally using weapons that represent humiliating body fluids(mad milk, jarate) to cover up every enemy team member in an attempt of demoralization
these abuses often tend to become a server wide quit instance and makes it almost impossible to trade with others, as most of the people except the abusers(who will still trade, but with excess sharking and general bad trades) left due to the abuse
this issue will be quickly solved if these servers have a kick and ban option, as these individuals often are the minority of the servers and thus banning them will restore the peace in the servers.

-trade servers 's objective is to communicate and trade, thus the name 'trade server' , and people who actively tries to direct attention towards them instead of other traders through attention seeking methods are actually seriously affecting trading
-there's indeed little to no penalty of dying , but the constant spawncamping of such abusers would extend the dying time to a way longer period
-there are no evidences of votekicking and votebanning becoming much more abused in trade servers ,but it is shown that griefers and abusers favor those servers to grief because of its lack of kick/ban options
-a donor have the ability of equipping any weapon with infinite clips , better control of jetpack commands and could be an unkillable menace if abused .Usually they won't be a problem on normal servers with kick/ban options in the fear of getting rightfully kicked/banned , but in trade servers they can abuse their unfair advantage to ruins the entire server.And don't forget multiple abusers may present in the server and abusers usually tend to team up with each other, creating scenarios impossible for people to win
-killing and shooting is obviously a normal mechanic,but spawncamping the enemy team for minutes and even hours, trying to humiliate people in the server and target specific individuals and cause the game , trading or not, unplayable for them is obviously griefing

A donors perk has no affect on trading.
Spawn camping is allowed on all skial servers. Its not that hard to break up spawn camping.
The 2 trade servers and the idle server are the only servers donors can use weapons perks. And the trade servers is the only ones you can use the jetpack command.

one of the donor perks is to have unlimited clip size and firing speed and malicious donors utilize that function and uses weapons with loud firing speed(e.g, direct hit) to bombard the enemy spawn with huge sounds while spawncamping them
this creates a scenario where the enemy team cannot hear anything nor meet any players to trade while the abusers get trading attention by dominating every single one of them
they are gaining unfair trading advantage over the abuse of donor plugins and the lack of kick/banning

1.donors are supposed to have unfair trading advantage and ability to direct trading attention of the entire towards themselves?

3.donors spawncamp out of boredom ,when they don't have enough attention or when they want the entire server to see their shitty trade everyone purposely ignore, there's no rhythm nor causes, so it is pretty much the donor's fault

and don't forget my suggestion isn't to disable donor perks for all of you donors who spendt 15 whole bucks, it is to make toxic behavior and abusive actions be punished accordingly just like every other server and prevent trade/idle servers to become the safespace of abusers and molesters
you can still do your donor thing as long as you didn't piss off the entire server.

the sound of rockets hitting every 0.1 millisecond is not the same as normal battle sounds
and I am suggesting these abused servers to have the same voting system normal servers have, there's nothing about pissing specifically me off.
