Approved Add jb_fuckzz and ba_jail_downview_b1_gb to Jailbreak map rotation

We've had the same maps in the rotation for a very long time...Snowball has not worked out as intended. It's still a really crappy map that's far too large to do anything in, what with more than half the games being broken (only ones that work are sweeper, "golry hole", Assassin's Creed, and obstacle course). I've gone through both of the above maps, and pretty much everything works as it should and they're both well designed maps.

I've attached imgur albums of both maps below so you can see what they look like without having to download the maps and play them manually.

It appears as though the JB plugin isn't enabled for fuckzz; I think it's to do with the name of the map. Renaming it to ba_fuckzz should work.

There are a couple of glitches with downview, but I've contacted @Cream Tea to see if he can fix them.
