Approved add "High-Five Enemies" plugin to trade/idle

Slowly regenerating ammo. Pointless though, because he just gives it to himself again once he's out of the clip. (Made a change to prevent this, hasn't been uploaded though)
 
Looks pretty stable from reading the thread, would be a nice bonus on trade/idle servers. +1.
On regular servers, it could be used as a griefing method, so I wouldn't advocate it for all servers.
