Idk how to start this kind of things, so i'll copy Kjo (I'm sorry, i hate doing things on forum or anywhere else outside the actual game server) but i suppose it's better than doing nothing.
my proposal is not something that's groundbreaking, but perhaps what Skial server need on assuring the player sretention span on new variety, and community engagement to the server as whole — dedicated Friendly servers.

I would love to see what Skial could bring to this. With the right support from the God Emperor Penguin, it could easily become THE Friendly server of TF2.

Why Skial Should Add Jailbreak Servers:
1. Expand the interest of the players
Currently, Skial most prominent server were 24/7 server like 2Fort, Dustbowl, While custom gamemodes server like Deathrun are highly demanded, there's also gamemodes that you can't deny have fallen off the cliff (Ahem, Zombie Escape) due to identity crisis that's happened because of feedback across the board and overall the complexity of the gamemode, not to mention empty regional server or even just normal server, Friendly server is just trade server but with actual interesting map and not sniper sightlines across the map, it's brilliant.2. High Community Engagement
Friendly servers population from what i seen is very loyal and vocal. These servers often build joined the server on their respective timezones and communities is expected since interraction is pretty much what's going to draw the people here, Skial already has active playerbase across all server and Trade and 24/7 CTF and other server pretty much Friendly server without the amazing maps, broading them for better taste is just no brainer.3. Skial’s Brand is quite safe and Friendly servers were the ideal addition
Friendly server are NOT demanding, with the anti-cheat systems, surprisingly responsive moderation and admins with polished server structure with free to play , Skial could easily dominates the friendly server, with plugins that even those server doesn't have such as the latest !taunt and !items, honestly Skial should've been dominating Friendly server if they ever thought of it.4. Potential to Attract New Players, especially Free to Plays
You can count with one hand Friendly server that actually matters, One is too safe, hugboxy and had weird policies and very sluggish on it's content update (we're talking about 3 years of halt on updating the !taunt plugins, and it's still outdated), and the second one is Furry 18+ server with bloated and too much maturity for even Skial player to comprehend, Skial hit this really good middle ground where it's very safe and mature, but also not hugboxy corporate since people could say something those servers like the R-word, again, it's no brainer man.What’d be my ideal suggestion of the server :
- Launch the Friendly server under the Skial name.
- Heavily promoted it and actively incentivizes the server for example, rerouting the offline player to the server instead the 24/7 2Fort server (or before they go there and finally kicked it out from the server), and since most of friendly server maps had dedicated wall for sprays, enabling Sprays EXCLUSIVELY for this server only would be very powerful motivation, moderation for those can wait as we'll the demographics and the player behavior, we don't want to be overreacting here.
- Packed up the map pool with high quality maps like Lethargy pools, Sky archive and many others yet balanced it with confined map with the same quality they expected to easen the newcomers navigating proccess like Galleria, badsand, slider shore and inandoutmattie.
- Add effective quality of fun plugins like !rtd and infinite grappling hook, but also interractive plugins such as the gravity gun for players to local map objects, and !soundlist with voicelines from either TF2 classes or custom one (pretty sure neighbouring server had the templates for it and the community could add more audios)
- Add options for the players if they'd like to engage on friendly or going tryhard, such as !friendly command without making them less visible and able to interract just fine, supervizing what they're allowed to do or not will be not much since most of them are just here to chill.
- Gauge community interest, maybe even run a poll or feedback and giveaway event actively.
Final Thoughts:
Friendly server is the ideal addition as the server is calming, creative and memorable. Skial already has a reputation for fun, accessible TF2 experiences, but i noticed a lot of people burnt out either from the option and many other, which causes empty server that's populated years ago, so this suggestion might be of a good use to expand interest of the players that's either new or oldheads alike.I would love to see what Skial could bring to this. With the right support from the God Emperor Penguin, it could easily become THE Friendly server of TF2.
