New add back in dr maps like neonoir and pq as they are just graveyards in the "parkour" servers

if this doesn't happen I feel like dr_sonicexe should get removed as a good portion of it is parkour

Sonic.exe ain't really parkour bub, the most it has to "parkour" is just a couple strafes.
Jumps =/= Parkour

It has a good amount of wrap arounds and whole last section is mainly parkour
