Declined Add ba_jail_casuarina to the rotation

Please can this map be added back, it was the third most popular map on the server after minecart and mlcastle.

I have a link to the last fixed version of the map if bottiger doesn't have it anymore.

Yes, more maps should be added in, even popular ones to keep the rotation going and it will offer more verity to the server making people want to come back more after the last time they played, from having a fun and memorable experience with the map and of course the players. In general it makes players to keep on coming back and back and that's what Jail break needs, we need the players to say and think, "Hey I had fun the last time I was here, I want to come back again to keep that going" That's what Jail Break needs and that's what the players need.

I need this back so I can launch some dodgeballs and escape with the car and cannon.

I also need Jailfort and then we're good on maps for a bit. (I wanna see my mutated piranha pet in Nine Square again, I named him Paul)
