There is a map property missing (I believe) on the spawn entrance door ( func_respawnroomvisualizer) on Idle that is allowing enemy players to enter without much effort. I believe that "Solid to enemies" (set to True) is missing on the property thing.

I think this is either an admin or donator thing. I've seen people walk in and out like the spawn room doorway like there's nothing there.
 
It's not an admin or donator thing. I have seen another player (who is neither) do the same thing. The func_respawnroomvisualizer (https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Func_respawnroomvisualizer) property (it's already there) is there for a reason, which is to keep enemy players out of the initial spawn area. It has been on the map since version 8 (the map is now at 9). For people saying "Oh it's idle, it shouldn't matter", I would mention the fact that, on the Orange servers, there used to be no said func to keep enemy players out, therefore allowing Spies to spawncamp the place. The Orange server is a fun place (and so is Idle), but there has to be protection somewhere.

However, as you know, there are other ways to get inside the enemy spawn on Idle. There is a skybox, in which you can get to by stickyjumping or using the Surf part, which you can use to go to each others spawn.
