Seeing as how people are joining the voice channels regularly these days, I think it would be fair to add a text-to-vc channel on discord so people who don't talk get a channel where they can type and communicate with the people in the voice chat.
This would result in a selective place where people can look at if they're trying to communicate with people who don't use mics.
This would also result in a more dedicated place for such chats to take place which in turn makes everything look much more organized and clean.
