Declined Add a kick option to /votemenu

Just in case you have a greifing player (or any other reason) that doesn't really deserve a 30 min ban but just a kick.

Pretty pointless to be entirely honest. Even a 30 min ban doesn't really serve much purpose. A kick where they can instantly reconnect serves even less.

That's the same as our already existing "Ban for 30 minutes" option.

Isn't this just for arena servers or useful for arena servers, as getting kicked makes you wait a whole round (and maybe remove your round as hale or w/e) when you rejoin.
