abusing votebans and /reports

is harassing me on the server. trying to voteban me over and over for "voteban griefing" when i voted to mute him because he was annoying. he has /reported me for voteban griefing when i only reported him once. hes /reported me atleast 4 to 5 times for "griefing" and tried to ban me 3 times and gagged me once by having two votes. also as you can tell he changed his name to try to mimic mine.
 
pretty much im just reporting what happened today. but a few days ago he kept saying the n word over vote chat and saying its ok because he was using ga and er
 
i dont remember the other guys name it began with an A though and he kept telling him not to use that word over chat and voice

If someone is being unfortunate over voice be sure to record a demo too.
