Invalid Abuse of Voteban

Somewhat Threatening Sniper
-I went on Mountain Lab today for the first time since that whole ordeal. I was there for 5ish minutes and no one "noticed." Then my friend Matt said Hi to me, after that some guy named BROSEF STALIN who I believe is NotintheFace immediately cursed me out and said I am not welcome on "their" server at all. Here's the thing. I did nothing to incite this. I have played on other skial servers the past couple of days without a problem. I am not a troll. Since he was still cursing me out, something which is rude but not against the rules, I did the mature thing and muted him. After that a vote was started to ban me and he told everyone I was a hacker. I got proof this time in the attached picture. He abuses the voteban and thinks him and his friends own the server.
-I would like to point out that I did not incite this in any matter, Before I went on the server I checked the server info to see if any of the people who harass me where there and they weren't (NotintheFace had changed his name so i didnt recognize him) and only then did I connect to the server. I said hi to my friend matt. I apoligize for the length of this but I need to make it clear that I did literally nothing to deserve this, and I did my best to avoid it (checking before entering the server, and muting him) I got a picture of the ban, I don't know if it went through, I disconnected before then but as you can see there were a lot of yes's. Trust me, I did my best to avoid this, the next step is abandoning the server, I'll do it if I have to but I'd rather not considering it is one of the only 24/7 Mountain Lab servers. What is happening there is not right and I shouldn't have to punish myself for it.
(Edit: I have the picture but when I go to attach it, it asks for a URL, however I'm pretty sure you can just see it in the chatlog)
I really am sorry for the length of this, but I am tired of being called a troll and instigator. I did absolutely nothing wrong.

Rules Broken: Abuse of Voteban.
 
In the server rules it says Racism and other insults to gender, religion and sexual orientation. He repeatedly breaks this rule over the voice chat but I do not have "proof." I'm just hoping that what I have above is enough to fix this situation. I will record a demo of his harassment if necessary.

Record a demo, we have no way to know what is said over voice chat unless you record it.
 
When he started cursing me out I muted him. I can deal with that on my own with the in-game mute feature, what I am reporting is the abuse of voteban. I am perfectly of with ignoring him but it's the unfair bans which I am reporting. Sorry for the confusion of my wording.
-Is there anyway to upload my picture without having to put it on photobucket and getting a URL?
 
I didn't even reply to him, it wasn't a conversation. I looked at his chatlog and it shows him votebanning me for no reason. I really am trying to be the bigger man in this situation and just ignore him. It's the unfair banning which is shown in his chatlogs.
@ Lady Violet - should I go back on the server? For me it'll be easier to just record it with my phone and put it on youtube. My computer isnt too powerful :P
 
Just to correct myself, it wasn't my first time back on mountain lab. I was there earlier today but like this time I had checked to see if anybody who would cause problems were there. They were't there, I played, I left. I am not the problem.
 
I have a video on my phone... do you still need it? I mean seriously. I joined the server. they started a ban and freaked out I did NOTHING. Well at least violet saw it. Thank you

Edit: Like I said I'm fine with muting him...its the voteban the instant I join that I want to stop.

Nah, it's fine, Violet is recording a demo which should be more than enough proof.

Edit: Alright so, it seems most of the server REALLY doesn't want Drew there.
The demo is really just people going on about drama, so if you don't want to be in high school again, don't watch it.

Another edit: Basically Drew logged in, someone said hi. Instantly a voteban pops up from spongebob to ban drew for griefing. I start recording again mid vote. I called rue in, in case something happens where I'd need an admin. Brosef and the others start to go on drew being an apparent troll.

Mountainlabs is the trolls nest, that's turning into a hate nest ><. While SIB has fun trolling 100% of the time we are never serious about anything, and for clarification only people in the sib steam group that are administrators are actual members of the clan. We also do not condone IRL threats.

Otherwise keep your drama between yourself and your friends it is not our job to take care of stupid stuff like this. I didn't even bother reading the OP because it just looks like a bunch of he said she said garbage. Make a proper report if someone is breaking the rules.

I got a guy named Docstaph banned for 1 day because he called me the n-word repeatedly and gave me a legitimate death threat. The reason he said these things is because "I exploit the map with my trickstabs." The person who started the voteban when violet was on used to go by the name Blacksuit. He has a personal grudge against me because I had my girlfriend block him on steam (he was stalking her) Its all such drama over a video game and im sick of it. Docstaph broke the rules so he got banned for 24 hours. That's the drama, I reported him because i was sick of having my life threatened and called the n word over a freakin video game.

Edit: I truly am sorry for bringing the drama here. My video is being Uploaded to youtube as I type and violet has her own demo. The only reason I explained the drama is because I'm sick and tired of being called a troll/instigator when I've done nothing wrong. I wanted to prove that I did nothing to incite this. That's why I felt obligated to explain, I apologize for wasting your time.

I don't see anything in there about blocking people on steam or girlfriends or grudges or stalking or anything else you felt like we need to know.
