About that /nominate (Fix mute bypass/ using to racism etc)

/nominate can be used to do things like do text undetected ; mute bypass. I think it should be looked into.

If you do " " like /nominate "I'm going to bypass my votemute" it shows up like "___ has nominated I'm going to bypass my votemute"

This can be used maliciously too, because it DOESN'T LOG IN HLSTATS CHAT

It should be at the very least logged.

If it can be logged I think that would be good. But if someone is doing this they are dodging and can be banned.
