We have plenty of admins who will gladly help.

Get people on there to come onto here and vouch for you. Also, we look for people who report hackers etc to the current admins whenever there's a problem. Shows that the person actually wants a clean server, and not just admin status.
'Till then, you don't look too bad. Not agreeing until I see some vouches, though.
