If i find a way to bind the Action Slot (Winter Noise Maker), to either my Jump Key or M2 (Detonate Stickies) Key,

Does that count as spamming....

Noise Maker makes noise, could be extremely annoying after a while
Like if someone ran around with a pan...

I guess if it didn't get spammed too hard, it's cool. With a ton of people doing it at once though, I have a noticeable FPS drop to around 80 FPS from 140, so I get sick of it pretty quick.

my guess .. since you had to ask, you know that it will likely lead to issues.
