So, as some as you might have saw on the news or yahoo, stuff like that, an unmanned aircraft just recently flew at MACH 20 (Fast enough to make 1 round around the earth in less than an hour), but it disintegrated in mid-air because a dent of peeling metal on the side of the ship made it do a sudden roll, yadda yadda yadda... but my question is... What do you think speeds like that would do to the human body? I think the heavier parts of the body would just destroy the human from the inside or the body would just spontaneously combust or something like that, what do you think?

Sure, I'm gonna put on my purity fist, attach 4000 extra motors to it and then throw you into the air and let that ship hit you and let you fly, then... um.... don't fall from there... I'm not good at long distance running, so just live, kay?
I ment you getting into a reverse-engineered untested alien spacecraft and fly around the earths surface at around Mach 50, and make a sudden 90 degree turn.
To answer your question, imagine that you're floating in mid air and 20 quadrillion microscopic knives shred you into little strips.
Traveling at Mach 20 in and of itself would do nothing to the human body (astronauts go much faster than that in space for example). The things that would be a problem would be getting to Mach 20, stopping, and turning all of which could put significantly more stress on the body than it can take if they weren't done slowly and carefully.

Astronauts also travel in well protected metallic vehicles. A human body traveling unprotected at mach 20 through our atmosphere would be rent into raw hamburger.

In the vacuum of space, it wouldn't do that. But the vacuum of space presents other problems like extreme temperatures, lack of breathable oxygen, total lack of air pressure, etc.
Ah, yes well I didn't think of the possibility of someone going mach 20 outside of a vehicle. Somehow that possibility never even entered my mind. :P
Well that was the OP's query. But it's okay, I don't think most people would consider something like that, it's pretty gruesome.
