Problem solved. A download of the page instead of direct go to next?

Usually, I click the hyperlink to go to the next page, but odd enough, after I came home from a high school orientation, I clicked the skial forums "forum" tab. Instead, it gave me a download instead of a hyperlink to go directly to the forum categories. I tried it with goggle images. Same thing, but I kept retrying, it works. I tried again to click on classy's profile that has negative rating(lol) and this came up again. So I posted what it looks like and wtf.

How do I fix this?
