Is it trolling?

Del and I have had a argument in a pm, started in Risen's leaving post sadly.
We decided to bring it to a main post to decide.
Basically it's this: Are the numerous posts he makes on the high-end cash trade section that are not relevant to the main post considered trolling or not?

I would go into more detail but I will attempt to make the main question as neutral as possible, and that is one I believe we both can agree on.

Here are 6 trade posts I found that I considered trolling found on the first 2 pages of the high-end trade area. Scroll down to where you find Del's first post, it is probably the one I consider trolling. If not I'll clarify.

If I find more I will add more. Post your reason, especially if you answered "sometimes".

Disclaimer: This is a purely discussion tread, will probably get sidetracked before the fists page is up, and make unnecessary drama.

He's offering critical responses, based on what a trader might think. I didn't like him going wild on Wizard for asking for $24, which was a legitimate price according to SPUF and others, but whatever. He says what many other traders may be thinking, better or for worse. I don't think it's trolling, personally, just offering an opinion (usually).

Just have him take it easy.

Also: Way to friggin' use URLs that don't take you to the exact post.

Firegame decided to bring it to the public himself.
If anyone has a question about any of my posts feel free to write me a message.
I don't consider myself as a troll and neither have I trolled posts by Intention.
Warning others that they get lowballed is something positive. Wizard offered 24$ for buds. You could easily have sold them for 30$ back then and for 34$ right now.
Happy trading.

Fair enough. I personally see it as discouraging of future buyers, because last time I checked the trading rules (which I can't find right now...) you are to keep the posts on topic. As those are deliberate attempts to get the owner less sales (he won't sell if it's too high anyway), and he was derailing the posts, I considered it trolling. That's my idea on the posts however.

I said in the pm that I would make a post if you responded just to let the community decide. Your responding gave me an ok to continue.
And honestly, you SHOULD want to clear your name, should you not?
EDIT: The first couple of threads are not the best examples, but slight ones. the last one is pretty clear.

At first, I also thought Del Piero was a troll, but he actually knows quite a lot about the entire trading system and he is always up to date with the latest prices.
If someone posts a shit trade, he'll point it out, and that is good for the rest of the community.

I don't have any problems with your posts.
I don't think I did anything wrong as mentioned in my previous post I think that helped people viewing Wizard's thread by waring them that their item (buds) is worth a lot more.

I don't know what you consider trolling but it looks like our opinions on it differ.

Definatly they differ. And I am bored. However, you are the one who choose to pm me for proof and respond to me post, knowing full well that I would reply.

I never said he wasn't a good trader. I have heard he is.

Your second point is off topic, however. Just because something is good for the community doesn't mean it isn't trolling. We troll the hell out of hackers and people who are here to stir up trouble ( like that stupid kid who said he was going to DDOS Skail... lol.)
That does not mean that we are not trolling the person, it simply has a good cause. You have to put yourself in the shoes of the people who are trying to sell something. only to be told publicly by one of our top traders that they are have overpriced goods.

I think they are a fine addition to the community. I told him that I troll as well, and stand by that. He honestly claim he helps the community, but I would not agree that he is not a troll. Skial is filled with trolls

He is -kind of- trolling.
I suppose that really depends on the circumstances, if he tells someone POLITELY that their prices are too high, then that's just being a good samaritan. If he says something along the lines of:
"Lawl dem prices is two hie! Noone wil by them!" (obviously, he has better grammar.)
That is a symptom of "blatant assholism" an easily spread disease.
I see much more of the second example. So I'm going to vote "Yes."
Nothing against Mr. Piero personally, but I'm going to voice my opinion.
