I suppose one of the main reasons behind it being is a situation under the same premise of four of the Comrades, including myself, using the set up on koth_badlands, and it was once with the dismay of CiNiC I believe.

If it honestly annoys him to that end, I can easily stop using the Stickyjumper and Ullapool, but I still believe that to be restrictive, but as said, so be it if it needs to be.

Here is why you were banned for a day.
  • You are in a group dedicated to trolling servers
  • All five of you were using those weapons.
  • None of you were doing better than an average player.
  • You were doing it on a Nocrit and Nospread server, which is meant to be competitive.
All of these things led me to believe you were all there with the intent to troll the server instead of playing the game.in different way.
 
Now be me one to judge another human being, but I, as someone who likes to play on Skial from time to time as one of my daily servers along with Freefrag Network,
feels that leaves a minor bad impression on the community. But I'm still a green regular. (Referencing NNP'S Comment)

That is semi-true, I'll admit, but if you have seen any amount of time I have played on Team Fortress 2, amassing my small time of 850+ hours, I am far from trolling, and am part of the group because I am close friends with the leader of the Comrades. In terms of a "group dedicated to trolling servers." that isn't entirely sure. See the next point why the troll tag was added by the Leader of the Comrades.

That is also true, but the reasons why the Comrades use the weapons is to have fun on servers in a more bizarre, not everyday seen way. The trolling tag was added to the Comrades after a performance I put on to a regular on the Freefrag server and made him ragequit. The Leader of the Comrades laughed at it, and changed our titles to that. Please keep in mind that when you hear the word "trolls" to the Comrades, we don't troll servers. Quite the contrary, me and the Leader of the Comrades are high ranked members on the Freefrag Network, and I hate to imply that we wouldn't have gotten to those positions by our "trolling."

Actually Bottiger, from what I recall I had an impressive score when I was playing Spy that got me generally far on the leaderboards, unfortunately the round was lost; I believe I was also on top when we switched to koth_viaduct before being banned by CiNiC.

I'm sorry to say, but there have been numerous nocrit and nospread servers in which I have played that are not competitive. I was not under the assumption that it was a competitive server, and I would have been compliant in responding in a way to change my loadout if I knew it was competitive.

looks like us29 gone too srsbsnz. CiNiC gone thru lots of bans today. You feel too srs. Good thing I spent my day slacking off in L4D2.
 
Also: I didn't issue the bans myself, the head of the servers did. It isn't srs bznz, it's just obvious when a group is joining en masse to troll the server, as they had done before.

Why are you commentating like that? I was trying to politely tell you my policy with no ASSOCIATION to the Comrades and you decided to ignore any type of insight I wanted to give you on why I did things. Rather than listen and try to hear my side of the story with hesitation, you would rather ignore a regular of your community and just attack me with profanity. I'm not trolling, as I've said. I have said that numerous times. So instead of being thick, to be blunt about it, try to think for a moment.

Tell me, read my posts and logs on the server, not once did I really hint at trolling, nor have I really attempted to troll the Skial server. I don't know how much more I have to say it, but I generally do what I do merely out of personal pleasure and to have fun. You could have easily asked for me to stop your Ullapool Caber set up, but instead, you yelled more profanity at me and remained adamant in your indignant nature.

On comment of the Octoheavy, there really isn't anything for me to say on that matter seeing how for the most part at that point I was banned. Perhaps you could be referring to someone else, I was prior to the server for only perhaps five minutes at most, I remember playing as Tentacle two, but you on the other team with your associates maintained to kill us and win the game regardless in that time period. But that happened probably two to three weeks ago.
 
Killer, if you're questioning a medic combo while letting teammates die and giving a Kritz uber to a pistol spy across the map from the frontlines as being griefing or not, there's no trivia why you were removed.

Simply Bottiger, I do not exactly understand what I have wronged. As an example, if you use a certain set up with a group of friends in Modern Warfare 2,
on the same team, is it considered griefing because it is rather either effective or for entertainment? For the main premise of what I have stated, I was doing it mainly out of personal pleasure, and entertainment. It's a point that I cannot stress enough. I do not feel it is fair that I have been banned, as I feel that this discussion is biased.

*Edit* Once again, what do you mean by a paper-thin trolling facade? Look at my comments on the server logs, look at my posts. The only logical thing you can assume is that I'm troll due to a group I'm in, but I have stated twice by this point why I am in this group. You also forget to mention the octoheavy ordeal only had five comrades against five other people with people every now and then joining in. And I off healed those people.

I'm not putting on any facade for anyone. If you can't accept that Cinic, then I'm afraid you're far too thick for my tastes.
 
Psh, they aren't even good trolls. Theyre doing the whole "lets be as stupid as possible because we lack to intellect to be witty in making people angry". Like a script kiddie who thinks he's a l33t haxxor. Guess it's easier to be the shittiest troll than the good or passable.

A troll thats not scared to think, use their mind, and not come off as a complete retard and manages to anger a lot of people, THATS a good troll. It's called being a democrat. Look it up.

I thought someone could just wait a day and be chill about it, but this is far from funny. I can see why people whine about perma bans, but 1 days bans is just...lol

If you still think I'm a troll, then I believe I'm done here.
I don't know how much more I can really provide to try and clear my name, but if you can't look past that in any retrospect, so be it.

As I have said time over time again: I am not trolling. Check the logs, and check my posts. I have not, under any circumstance,
tried to troll Skial. I cannot speak for the other Comrades on this matter, but I can tell you in all honesty I am not trolling.

*Edit* On the matter of a 1-day ban, it's not the fact that I'm being critical of the fact that I've been banned. It's the fact that there are no layed down server rules in the terms of what is usable as combat options or not. And the term "greifing" in this mattered is swaying like a subjective pendulum. Please be my guest to assume though that I am crying though.
