Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
4K was mic spamming numerous songs on the server, I began recording the demo linked below (note: I have no idea why the demo is really choppy?).

Attempted reports/votemenu mute's lead to him being very abusive through chat, in addition he called a votemenu ban on me for "griefing" (seen in the demo recording).

On the SourceBans Communications Block List you can see numerous "spam" votemutes.

If it's music but very low quality, then I would consider it micspam.
If the quality is fine and a handful of people don't like it, they should call a vote or consider client muting.
If it's clear the majority of the server doesn't like it, then I would consider it micspam.

If someone's playing music you don't want to hear, feel free to start a demo and call a votesilence, and go from there. If most people are enjoying it, you can still just client mute them. If the vote passes but they do this often and you think they should be blocked for more than 30 mins, make a report with the demo and we will extend it.
