Update @ 5pm PDT: Internap tells us that this was an attack against another customer at their location. This attack led to full
connectivity loss for us between approximately 4:51pm and 4:59pm PDT. They are working with that customer to null-route the target IP
address, and they have upgrades planned for this location to help in the future.
