Declined 1 Year Ban

This is similar to my 2nd thread only slightly different.

Lately I have been overlooking most of the declined ban appeals on the website and most of them I wouldn't say they sound concerning, but honest and sometimes desperate to play on the servers again to play with their friends

So my suggestion is instead of giving someone a permanent ban

As someone who used to admin on a server that gave hackers a second chance, in most cases it was instantly violated. Punishments on hackers need to be fierce to deter it, if they are forgiving of hackers, more people will do it, apologize, and get unbanned.

They have an option of donating money to a charity of some sort and getting unbanned in the genuinely repentant but in all honesty, I'm all for keeping hackers permanent banned.
