Suggestion 1:

Intel respawn timer.

Not sure if this effects quick play, but I've seen it on quite a few servers.

Suggestion 2:

This is for instant respawn servers as it'll make them even more fast paced. Make it possible to vote on disabling the killcam so that instant respawn is literally instant.

The fast respawn servers don't actually use instant respawn on purpose if I'm correct. It's reduced spawn times, but there's still a small respawn time to help slightly balance out things a little bit more, especially on Payload maps. This is to give people a chance to push up with the cart / get away with the intel without running into the guy they killed literally half a second earlier

If I understand right the plugin is server side and works like any other server pop up message (ie ad pop up text). So if you can see those with a custom hud this should be no different, although it may be positioned elsewhere.

Wasn't aware of that, but with it as a vote option it would require a majority to enable. Maybe rather than a simple toggle it could be voted to enable for 30 minutes at a time or something, so it works in waves.

The timer would be nice, but it just an extra thing on the screen that makes it kind of cluttered. I always hate when I join a server that has way to many plugins and you're screen is filled with flashing text saying join our group or raffle. I would have to say -1 for it.

No, the circle is a compass with an arrow pointing at the intels direction. I think you've possibly mistaken the arrow movement as a rotating timer. There's no official timer on intel, only the control points, so it needs a plugin to work.

I've never even noticed that before, it's incredibly difficult to make out. I always just thought the circle above it indicated the team color. Problem is you would have to be literally right next to it to even see that.

Suggestion 1: Why, I mean what is the point to showing the timer? Is there a use for it? The only thing I can think, is it's for motivation..
Suggestion 2: -1 couple of reasons. Taunting and seeing others items, plus you can end up starting an action that you initiated at the moment of death i.e. demoman charge. It also feels wrong.
