0zinga broke the rules by congaing. I did warn him and the others that congaing is against the rules, but he decided to be quite ignorant of the fact that he is breaking the rules and continued to conga anyway.​

Congaing isn't banned, however if they're refusing to help their team for a extended period of time (like this guy was) then they can be banned
